Flat equipped with all necessary things, comfortable mattresses, nice and fast contact with the owner. Large selection of supermarkets in the area, beach 15 minutes walk. Super playground right next to the flat.

Instead of keys ... there are codes. One for the main entrance, another for the actual flat. The problem of handing over keys is eliminated. The photos are real. The location is... generally good (it suited us). It's in town, off the street, but close to everywhere. We came with our bikes, and the bike routes (on Usedom) started from there. Parking under the block free, we could see the car from the window. We also left our bikes on the street. There is a bike room (in the block) but you have to let us know, then there will be keys too. Wifi was working, two TVs. There was a "welcome pack" (wine, water, sweets), there is a coffee machine (and coffee). No reservations can be had.
